Owner/Program Director
Jay has dedicated much of his life to martial arts and to helping students grow in confidence, discipline, and character. As owner and program director, he leads our school with a focus on traditional karate, personal development, and a strong community.
DARBY THRONE
BROWN BELT
Owner/Executive Director
Darby keeps our school running smoothly and ensures every family feels welcome. As executive director she manages day-to-day operations and supports our instructors, students, and community with a focus on organization, communication, and a positive experience for all.

KENNETH GOODWATER

Head Instructor
Kenneth brings a wealth of experience in traditional karate, sparring, and competition. As head instructor, he helps lead our classes with a focus on strong fundamentals, discipline, and helping each student reach their potential.
VIHAAN MANDAL
2ND DEGREE BLACK BELT
Instructor
Vihaan brings a strong passion for karate, competition, and helping others succeed. A student of Hopkins National Karate since age four, he enjoys sharing his experience and encouraging students to build confidence, develop their skills, and discover their own passion for martial arts.
JAKE SHEVIK
1ST DEGREE BLACK BELT
Assistant Instructor
Jake is dedicated to helping students develop strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for training. He brings great energy to every class and is a positive role model for students of all ages.
JAI KISSOON

Assistant Instructor
Jai returned to karate after 30 years and quickly became a valued member of our team. He brings enthusiasm, discipline, and a strong desire to help others grow through martial arts.

JJ brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Training alongside his dad, Jai, he enjoys encouraging fellow students, sharing what he has learned, and helping create a welcoming environment where students can build confidence, improve their skills.
